There are a few different ways to get your hands in the soil at Little Sister Farm — whether you're looking for paid farm work or want to learn through volunteering.
WWOOF and Volunteer Opportunities
As part of the WWOOF network, we host volunteers who want to learn about small-scale, no-till farming. You'll help with daily farm tasks, enjoy fresh food from the land, and gain hands-on experience in sustainable growing. We provide simple accommodations and a shared meal plan.
Seasonal Paid Work
We also hire locally for seasonal paid positions. Farm work includes bed prep, planting, harvesting, washing, and packing vegetables. No experience is required, but a strong work ethic and appreciation for outdoor labor are essential.
Whether you're a seasoned grower or just curious about where food comes from, there's a place for you here. Use the forms below to tell us a bit about yourself.
